I’m a project manager with over a decade of experience in EU-funded and international projects, and a strong interest in international relations, communications, and data analysis and visualisation.
My academic background is in international relations, history, and languages, having studied at the University of Porto (Portugal), Maastricht University (the Netherlands), and Freie Universität Berlin (Germany). Recently, I completed the 360/Digital Sherlocks programme on disinformation, foreign information manipulation, and open-source intelligence at the Digital Forensic Research Lab of the Atlantic Council, and I took a course on security and defence at the Portuguese National Defence Institute.
I thoroughly enjoy working on personal projects, whether organising TEDx events or volunteering for social impact organisations such as Data Science for Social Good Portugal. I write about books and literature in my Encontros Improváveis newsletter. I’m also working on Global Diplomacy, where I write an essay series exploring power, identity, and the shifting forces that shape our world.
